Challenge

Asharami Synergy, a leading player in the downstream sector, operates a critical fuel depot in Calabar. They required a comprehensive upgrade to their gas detection infrastructure to mitigate the inherent risks of storing and handling flammable products, enhance the safety of their personnel, and ensure 100% compliance with rigorous industry safety standards.

Solution

We were engaged to deliver a complete, end-to-end process safety solution as outlined in the Statement of Work. The project began with a detailed site assessment and hazard analysis, which informed our final engineering design, including precise equipment placement and wiring diagrams. We then managed the full procurement and installation of an integrated system, which included six advanced HS-BH6A Fixed Multi-Gas Detectors and two central 8-Port LCD Display Control Panels , ensuring total coverage of all designated plant areas. The project concluded with full system commissioning, calibration, performance testing , and comprehensive, hands-on operational and maintenance training for the client's on-site team.

Outcome

The system was successfully commissioned on August 15, 2025, providing Asharami Synergy with a state-of-the-art, automated safety shield that offers immediate, reliable alerts. The new system significantly enhances the protection of their personnel and multi-million dollar assets. The project was delivered on schedule and formally signed off, with the client confirming complete satisfaction with the quality and professionalism of our work.
